Free movies at the Main Library!

Please join us for free movies on Fridays @ 2pm at the Woodbridge Main Library!

On November 2 the Woodbridge Main Library will begin a Late Fall Film Series scheduled each Friday at 2pm that will highlight some noteworthy crime films. The first movie is American Hustle, an award winning black comedy directed by David Russell and starring Christian Bale and Amy Adams. On November 9, we will screen Robert & Frank, a science fiction comedy - drama about an older jewel thief who uses a robot to revive his life of crime. November 16 will feature Going in Style, where three elderly friends plan a bank heist. All the Money in the World, a depiction of the kidnapping of John Paul Getty III, will be shown on November 30, followed by Hell or High Water, a western crime thriller with Chris Pine and Jeff Bridges on December 7. On December 21 we will show with Ocean's 8, a superstar film with Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway portraying professional thieves involved in a daring jewelry heist at the Met Gala.Our series will conclude on January 4 with a showing of American Made with Tom Cruise as pilot turned drug smuggler turned Drug Enforcement Administration informant.

Come and enjoy these free film presentations enhanced by our large screen and superior sound system. Films are sponsored by the Friends of the Libraries of Woodbridge Township. Light refreshments are provided for by the Woodbridge Library Foundation.
