This is a full-time position

•Must be willing to work 2 evenings per week
Job Summary
The overall responsibility of the Front Desk Coordinator is to support the operation of a fast paced Medical practice by maintaining office systems and assisting the business department.
Primary Responsibilities
•Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person, answering inquires, & directing them through the registration/patient check-in process.
•Schedule intake appointments and collect co-pays
•Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, and complete phone sheets.
•Effectively maintain multiple reports through a computerized database
•Maintain a neat and clean work environment, professional appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures
•Answer a multi-line phone, file, fax, scan, & daily patient callbacks
