Health Insurance Enrollment Help @ the Woodbridge Main Library

If you have been thinking about enrolling in a health insurance plan from the Health Insurance Marketplace, we’re here to help. On Tuesday, December 20 from 3pm to 8pm, certified In-Person Assisters from the local Enrollment Assistance Center will be on hand to help you through the process.

Assistance in English, Spanish and Hindi will be available.

Please bring the following important documents
• Social Security numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants)
• Birth dates of family members
• Pay stubs, W-2 forms, or "Wage and Tax Statements"
• Employer’s phone number
• Policy numbers for any current health insurance

The enrollment period for 2017 coverage ends January 31, so please come and take advantage of this opportunity for the help you may need to enroll.
