Health Insurance Enrollment Help @ the Woodbridge Main Library!

If you have been thinking about enrolling in a health insurance plan from the Health Insurance Marketplace, we’re here to help. On Wednesday, January 13 from 4pm to 8pm certified individuals from the local Enrollment Assistance Center will be on hand at the Woodbridge Main Library to help you through the process.

To register for health insurance at the Woodbridge Main Library please bring the following items for each member of the household: Social Security number or Document number for eligible immigrants, pay stubs, W-2 forms or other income information, employer’s phone number, and current health coverage information, including policy number.

The open enrollment period for 2016 coverage ends January 31, 2016 so please come and take advantage of this opportunity for the help you may need to enroll.
