House Fire On Meade Street In Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — There was a house fire early Wednesday morning in the Port Reading section of Woodbridge.

The fire broke out just before 6 a.m. in a home on Meade Street. The fire was coming from the first floor of the home, and additional fire crews had to be called in to help.

Multiple searches of the home were conducted and no people or pets were found inside. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.

The Woodbridge Fire Prevention Bureau is now investigating to determine what caused the fire.
