WOODBRIDGE, NJ —Dr. Anuj Kapadia, a lifelong Woodbridge resident, just opened House of Dentistry on Rt. 1 south this fall.
Not only did Kapadia grow up in Woodbridge Township, having attended elementary, middle and high school here, but he also was an EMT for the Woodbridge Township Ambulance and Rescue Squad during his college years.
It was always his dream to become a dentist and return home to the community where he grew up, and open a local dental practice.

"Ultimately, I always wanted to become a dentist and open an office back in my hometown, using the latest technology in order to take care of people in my community," he told Patch.
Not only was he born at JFK Medical Center in Edison, but he also volunteered there and completed his residency at the hospital just down the road. Dr. Kapadia now works as an attending doctor in their dentistry school.

"That hospital served a monumental role in my life and has taken care of so many of my friends, family and community members over the years," he said. "One of the major pillars of the culture of my practice involves giving back to the community, particularly giving back via charitable contributions to the JFK Medical Center Foundation."
Kapadia says his dental office uses the latest technology and an upscale, spa-like feel.
"It is what the hard-working residents of the Woodbridge community deserve," he said.
