South Jersey Man Charged In 2014 Woodbridge Sex Assault, Home Invasion

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — This week, the Middlesex County Prosecutor announced that a South Jersey man has been arrested and charged with a home invasion and sex assault that happened in Woodbridge Township in 2014.

On September 21, 2014, a woman said a man forced his way into her apartment in Keasbey and sexually assaulted her.

She survived the incident, but until this week her attacker has remain unknown and at large.

Danny McEaddy, 39, of Sicklerville, is now identified as the perpetrator, said Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone, joined by Woodbridge Police Director Robert Hubner.

McEaddy was taken into police custody Thursday and charged with first-degree aggravated sex assault, first-degree kidnapping, second-degree burglary, third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact, third-degree criminal restraint, and third-degree aggravated assault.
