South Amboy, NJ - A lottery ticket purchased in Middlesex County won the $455,915 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot, the New Jersey lottery announced Thursday morning.
The ticket was purchased at Main Liquor, 533 Main Street in South Amboy. Whoever bought that ticket won the $455,915 jackpot. The winner has not yet come forward to claim it.
"It feels good!," said Sunil Patel, the manager of Main Liquor. "Four hundred and fifty five thousand dollars — that's a lot of money!"

Patel said he was shocked when the lottery contacted him and told him his store sold the winning ticket. He said the winner has not yet come in.
"I think I know who it is, I'm 99 percent sure, but not 100 percent sure," he said, adding that the man he's thinking of is a regular customer who often buys lottery tickets.

“For selling this ticket, Main Liquor will receive a bonus check for $2,000," said lottery director Carole Hedinger.
The ticket matched all five numbers drawn Tuesday night: 03, 06, 27, 31 and 32.
That top-winning ticket was the only one sold for Tuesday’s drawing that matched all five numbers drawn.
