Middlesex Man Arrested For $20K In Unpaid Toll Fees
They were spread out over five different EZPass accounts, Port Authority Police said.
STATEN ISLAND, NYā A Middlesex County man was arrested for having over $20,000 in unpaid EZPass tolls and fees.
James C. Clicerio, 59, Old Bridge, was arrested Thursday morning after he failed to pay a toll on the Outerbridge Crossing on the Staten Island side.
A Port Authority officer pulled him over, and found Clicerio had 5 different EZPass accounts with 323 violations. His fees and tolls added up to $20,869.

Police impounded Clicerio's car, and he was arrested for petit larceny and obstructing governmental administration.
