New Store Just Announced To Open At Cloverleaf Center In Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Yet another new business just signed a lease to open at the Cloverleaf Center in Woodbridge:

A Tropical Smoothie Cafe will open there this spring. They just signed a lease, and expect to open there in May/June. Tropical Smoothie Cafe has locations dotted across New Jersey and they sell smoothies, fruit and acai bowls, fresh drinks, sandwiches and salads. They sell healthy food.

The Tropical Smoothie Cafe will join the Habit Burger & Grill, which just opened Wednesday at the Cloverleaf shopping center, 996 St. Georges Ave., across from the IHOP. This is the same shopping center where Sprouts market is, Nasto's ice cream is, a Paris Baguette and Norman's Hallmark store just recently opened there, too.

The lease signing by Tropical Smoothie was confirmed by Nick Caracappa, the leasing agent for Cloverleaf. Caracappa works for Wick Companies, which built the shopping center. Wick is the same builder that built Red Oak Senior Living Apartments (which replaced Stern Towers) and the Green Oak Senior Living Complex, which replaced Olsen Towers.
