OBITUARY: Elvira Ann Ciulla Bustin, 60

, 60, of the Hopelawn section of , died on March 20 at her home.

She was born in Newark and resided in Hopelawn for the past 40 years. Elvira was the office manager at Royal Battery in Colonia for the past 26 years.

Elvira was predeceased by her son, Michael Emro, in 1995. She is survived by her husband, John R. Bustin; her children, Frank Emro of Hopelawn and Cheryl Vallese and her husband, Michael, of Hopelawn. She is also survived by her mother, Mary Pulcine Cocuzza of Iselin; her siblings: Vincent Ciulla of Sayreville; Michael Minaeff and his wife, Audrey, of Nevada; Anthony Ciulla of NYC; Donna Reino and her husband, Michael, of Iselin; Elia Wood and her husband, Tom, of Iselin; her seven grandchildren: Christopher Emro; David and Cody McCabe; and Tristan, Madison, Shayna, and Carly Vallese; and her sister-in-law, Patricia Bustin, of Fords.

Funeral services will be at Flynn and Son Funeral Home in Fords on Saturday, March 24, during the visitation, which will be from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
