Red Robin is somewhat of a novelty in this part of New Jersey. The closest restaurant is in South Plainfield.
The store will be located on the main mall level in the wing. A company spokesman couldn't say when the store would open, but the interior of the mall is decorated with huge signs announcing the coming of the restaurant.
