Romantic Comedy "Arms and the Man" for Valentine's season

Metuchen, NJ--Dragonfly Multicultural Arts Center will present the comedy Arms and the Man by George Bernard Shaw, on February 5, 6, 12, and 13 (Fri. at 8 p.m. and Sat. at 3 & 8 p.m.) in Metuchen. Shaw’s witty and lasting satire of love and war is centered around Raina, a girl who romanticizes wars and heroes until an unpolished deserter reveals the true nature of battle--and Raina’s deceptive fiancé. dates. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and senior citizens. Performances are held at the Metuchen Reformed Church, 150 Lake Avenue. Arms and the Man is the seventh production by Dragonfly Multicultural Arts Center. Dragonfly Arts Center was founded in 2014 by Catherine LaMoreaux and Anna Paone.
