Have fun and move to the music! Join us for SilverSneakers! SilverSneakers uses a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit is an intermediate to advanced group exercise class for active older adults who desire a safe and challenging cardio workout. Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit is free to all members and we work with a variety of insurance based reimbursement programs. Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit is held Wednesday evenings from 7:15-8:00 pm.
