Simon Officials and Edison Mayor Break Tiles to Launch Major Renovation

Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, recently announced a major renovation of Menlo Park Mall. Construction is expected to begin by early April and is scheduled for completion in November.

The project will encompass both interior and exterior aspects of the mall. Highlights of the renovation include a new Dining Pavilion to replace the existing food area, new restrooms, updated mall entrances, a transformation of center court into a main gathering area featuring soft seating and complimentary charging stations, new flooring, energy efficient LED-lighting and more. All work is planned to minimize inconvenience of customers.
