WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Until today, Woodbridge native Eric LeGrand's coffee house was the only confirmed street-level tenant at Avenue & Green, the brand-new apartment building just steps from the Woodbridge train station.

But on Wednesday, developer Prism Capital announced that a UPS Store will open there as well.

A spring 2022 opening is planned for a 1,100-square-foot UPS Store; it will do Amazon returns, shipping, mailing, printing, passport photos and notary services. LeGrand Coffee House is scheduled to open in January, said the developer.

They just started leasing in September and monthly rents start at $1,695 for a studio, $1,895 for a one-bedroom and $2,345 for a two-bedroom. The developer, Prism Capital Partners, also has leasing incentives that include up to two months free.

The apartment building boasts a "resort-style pool" and courtyard with private BBQs, outdoor dining and fire pits, plus a state-of-the-art fitness center and even a kitchen for common use.

The developer is currently seeking to fill 10,500 square feet of street-level retail right on Woodbridge's main thoroughfares.

“We are pleased to have UPS join anchor tenant LeGrand Coffee House as we continue to curate service providers that complement the aesthetic of both Avenue & Green and the surrounding community," said Prism Capital Partners’ Robert Fourniadis, senior vice president of residential. “The UPS Store will provide valued conveniences for Avenue & Green residents and the local neighborhood."
