Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Middlesex County is seeking volunteers to advocate for children from Middlesex County who have been abused or neglected.

CASA volunteers are appointed by a judge to speak for a child’s best interests. They meet with the child and learn about their circumstances with the goal of securing a safe and permanent home for the child as soon as possible. CASA volunteers come from all walks of life, with no special background needed. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and pass background checks.

Volunteer training will be held during October. Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, September 27. If you are interested in volunteering call (732) 246-4449, email info@casaofmiddlesexcounty.org, or visit www.casaofmiddlesexcounty.org/volunteer for more information and a volunteer application.
