Woodbridge, NJ - The Woodbridge Community Youth Players is giving a performance of "AIDA" for the next five days (July 20-24) at the Theatre at Woodbridge Middle School.
The Woodbridge Community Youth Players is an incredibly talented group of young Woodbridge actors, actresses and supporting staff. Elton John and Tim Rice's "AIDA" is an epic tale of love, loyalty and betrayal chronicling the love triangle between Aida, a Nubian princess stolen from her country (Amneris), an Egyptian princess, and Radames, the soldier they both love. It's a story not to be missed — especially the WCYP production.
The production will take place at the air-conditioned Theatre at Woodbridge Middle School, 525 Barron Avenue, in downtown Woodbridge. Performance times:

The Woodbridge Community Youth Players (WCYP) is in their 9th year of performance - and there is no other Theatre Company anywhere that offers better theatrical and musical productions. The WCYP has come a long way since putting on their first production of "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown" on a grammar school stage at School 21 in Colonia in 2008. The WCYP has produced professional performances of "Godspell" (2009), "Grease" (2010), "Curtains" (2011), "Footloose" (2012), "Pippin" (2013), "Disney High School Musical on Stage" (2014) and "Hairspray" (2015)
