WATCH: Video Shows Truck Crash, Nearly Flip On New Jersey Turnpike

A video shows a tractor-trailer crashing over a guard rail and then nearly flipping at the New Brunswick exit on the New Jersey Turnpike.

The ”black ice” came after an inch or more of freezing rain fell on New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, closing bridges, causing speed restrictions and making things generally a mess for motorists.

The Outerbridge Crossing, the Bayonne Bridge and the Goethals Bridge connecting Staten Island and New Jersey, and the Walt Whitman, Ben Franklin and Betsy Ross bridges connecting Pennsylvania and New Jersey were all closed Sunday morning because of ice.
