Weiss Announces LouCas Extends Lease at Colonial Village Shopping Center, Edison

Jaime Weiss, Managing member of Colonial Village Associates, and President of Weiss Realty, the center's leasing and managing agent has announced that LouCas Restaurant has renewed their lease at Colonial Village Shopping Center located at Route 27 and Parsonage Road in Edison, NJ. The highly Zagat rated restaurant occupies 4,996 SF with private dining rooms, a separate banquet facility and is known for it's family sized entrees and BYOB policy. With this lease the retail portion of the Shops at Colonial Village are now 100% leased.
