- East Brunswick Public Schools - Opening 2 hours late
- Little Earth Shepherds Preschool, East Brunswick - Opening at 9 a.m. (No Early Care from 7-9 a.m.)
- Middlesex County Government, New Brunswick - MCAT services to begin at 10 a.m. All other County offices open for regular hours
- South Amboy School District - Opening 2 hours late
