She said over the course of the season, a variety of some 250 vegetables, fruits, and herbs are offered:

The season begins with cold-hearty items, including greens, radishes, asparagus, honey and herbs.

Over the summer, participants will get produce that includes tomatoes, corn, onions, peaches and strawberries.

In the fall, winter squashes, apples and cider will be among the items included in the CSA boxes.

The season starts at the end of April and runs for 31 weeks.

Produce can be picked up in Colonia on Tuesdays between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Participants do not have to live in Woodbridge to join the program.
