Woodbridge To Dedicate Park To Eric LeGrand
The former Rutgers football player will be in attendance for the ceremony.
WOODBRIDGE, NJ-- Woodbridge Township will hold a ceremony to officially dedicate Avenel 5th District Park as Eric LeGrand "Believe" Park.
Mayor McCormac and township officials will unveil an Art Wall Mural prior to the parks dedication, alongside student artists and volunteers.
Eric LeGrand was a Rutgers football player who was paralyzed in a 2010 game. He completed his degree in labor relations from Rutgers in 2014 while undergoing intense physical therapy, and has since worked as a public speaker.

LeGrand and his family will be in attendance at the ceremony, between 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM. the 5th District Park is located at the end of Harvard Ave.
