Woodbridge Elks Free Soccer Shoot Saturday, Sept. 26th @ 1 @ Woodbridge High School turf field

Come to the First Event Woodbridge Elks #2116 Lodge presents a FREE SOCCER SHOOT tomorrow, Sat. Sept. 26th @ Woodbridge High School Turf Field. Registration begins at 12 and the shoot begins at 1pm. PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED. Open to Boys & Girls under the age of 14. PRIZES ARE BEING AWARDED TO THE 1ST,2ND,3RD PLACED WINNERS IN EACH AGE GROUP FOR BOYS & GIRLS SHOOT WINNERS.

The Elks Soccer shoot program consists of two different contest that test different level skills at different ages. The “Five Goal Contest” consists of a series of five goals, decreasing in size from 48 to 17 inches and increasing in point value as the goals get smaller. This is age group U-8. The “Grid Goal Contest” consists of a full-size sectioned off so points can be scored when the ball is kicked into certain sections. The age groups that use this goal are U-10,U-12, and U-14. Each group kicks from a different distance from the face of the center of the goal and the ball cannot be repositioned by the contestant.
