Woodbridge Honors Youth Volunteers

Local Woodbridge kids volunteered through their religious organizations, as peer tutors, athletic coaches, hospital aides and more.

Woodbridge, NJ - Woodbridge Mayor John E. McCormac and the township Municipal Council recognized these children on Sunday, part of more than 50 Woodbridge Township Youth Volunteers.

The recognition was done as part of the township's annual “Mayor’s Youth Volunteer Award” program. The program recognizes Woodbridge Township children and teens who volunteer their time. Volunteer service includes church and community service, peer tutors, athletic coaches, hospital aides, clothing and food drive coordinators, First Aid and fire squad members as well as helping area homeless and serving them meals. Good job to all the kids and teens recognized!
