Woodbridge Man Arrested On Narcotic Charges
Three Middlesex County residents, two from Middletown and one from Woodbridge, have been arrested and charged for narcotic offenses.

Three Middlesex County residents, two from Middletown and one from Woodbridge, have been arrested and charged for narcotic offenses after a month long investigation led by the Middletown Police.
Richard Edwards, 70, of Middletown, Michelle Speranzo, 51, of Middletown, and Mitchell Moudatsos, 37,of Woodbridge have all been charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine within 500 feet of a Public Park, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
“On Jan. 23, the Middletown Police Detective Bureau executed a search warrant at a Hudson Avenue, Middletown residence which resulted in the arrest of three suspects for narcotic offenses,” according to Middletown Police. “The warrant was a result of a month long investigation conducted by Detectives Keith Hirschbein, Daniel Sullivan and Albert Scott into the sale of Cocaine from the residence.”

Speranzo was released on her own recognizance pending a court date, Moudatsos was held on $55,000.00 bail with a 10% option and Edwards was held on $75,000.00 bail. Bail was set by Judge O’Brien Kilgallen of the Monmouth County Superior Court.
