WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Woodbridge remains the only town in Middlesex County to have the coronavirus vaccine, and has been administering it daily to those in category 1a.

Since Dec. 29, Woodbridge has been giving out the vaccine at the Woodbridge Health Center, next to the library. It was the state Dept. of Health that reached out to the Woodbridge Township Health Department to see if Woodbridge would give out the vaccine.

Woodbridge is only permitted to offer the vaccine to healthcare workers who live or work in Woodbridge Twp. Right now, vaccines are only available to those in 1a, which includes EMTs, healthcare workers, police officers and firefighters. Please call 732-855-0600 extension 5004 if you live or work in Woodbridge and are in this category and would like to schedule an appointment.
