Woodbridge Police Take Local Kids Christmas Shopping

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Here are photos from yesterday at the Rt. 1 Toys R Us, where Woodbridge police officers took children from 17 local families Christmas shopping. On Sunday morning, Dec. 3, Woodbridge police PBA Local #38 took 17 children from Woodbridge Township and their families through the store, picking out Christmas presents.
The presents were paid for by the PBA, as well as many local businesses and organizations, including Woodbridge Township, PNG Jewelers, Rajni Jewelers, Bimmer Clinic, Wegman's, Suhag Jewelers, Chick Fil-A, Majek Construction and more.
After the shopping trip, the police officers, kids and their families enjoyed breakfast with Santa, with food donated by the Rt. 1 Dunkin' Donuts at the Iselin firehouse on Green Street in Iselin.
