A Woodbridge Police Officer who had just been trained on how to use Narcan, also known as nasal naloxone, has since saved the lives of two overdose victims within a five-day span of each other.
The first incident involved a 25-year-old woman in a home in the Colonia section of town, the second, was an unconscious person found in a business parking lot in the Iselin area, according to nj.com.
