Woodbridge Schools Do Early Dismissal Wednesday

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — As a midday snowstorm looms over New Jersey, Woodbridge schools —like many other districts — have decided to do an early dismissal Wednesday, Feb. 20

Due to the impending weather, all Woodbridge Township schools will follow the early dismissal plan. The morning Pre-K classes will be dismissed at 11:30 am; Grades 9 - 12 will be dismissed at 12:10 pm; Grades 6 - 8 will be dismissed at 12:45 pm; Kindergarten through Grade 5 will be dismissed at 1:10 pm; the afternoon Pre-K classes will begin at 10:30 am and be dismissed at 1:10 pm. All after-school activities are canceled. There will be no aftercare.

Many school districts in New Jersey have chosen to have an early dismissal Wednesday. Others have closed.

New Jersey is expected to experience several inches of snow that may transition to freezing rain. The snow will start after 11 a.m.
