Woodbridge's First-Ever Mental Health Awareness Day Is Saturday
Woodbridge's first annual Mental Health Awareness Day will be held in the parking lot of Town Hall from 12 - 2 p.m. this Saturday.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — For the first time ever, Woodbridge Township will hold a Mental Health Awareness Day this Saturday, May 6.
Woodbridge is doing this because May is Mental Health Awareness month.

There will be a "Mental Health Awareness" walk up Main Street Saturday at noon.
The Woodbridge Township Health Department organized more than 40 vendors related to mental health to participate and provide vital resources. Other free activities include a t-shirt giveaway for participants to write who they are walking for and a magic show by Middlesex County Local Children’s System of Care.

Additionally, the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute will present the Woodbridge Mayor’s Wellness Committee with the 2022 Healthy Town Award.
L.O.V.E. (Ladies Opposed to Violence Everywhere) will present the Woodbridge Domestic Violence Response Team with an $11,000 donation.
