10 P.M. Curfew In Effect For Franklin Lakes Kids Monday: Police
With few exceptions, kids will not be allowed to be on borough streets alone from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., police said.

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. — There is a 10 p.m. curfew in effect for all borough juveniles Monday, police announced.
No juvenile will be allowed on any public street, or in any public place, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. either night, unless accompanied by an adult, police said.
The following exceptions to the curfew are if the juvenile is involved in a medical emergency, attending extracurricular school activities, or participating in "cultural, educational, and social events, which are sponsored by a religious or community-based organization," police said.
