2 Pedestrians Hurt In Bergen County Crash: Police
Two women from Fort Lee went to the hospital after being hit by a car in a Wyckoff intersection Monday morning, Lieutenant Joseph Soto said.
WYCKOFF, NJ — Two women from Fort Lee went to the hospital after being hit by a car in a Wyckoff intersection Monday morning, Lieutenant Joseph Soto said.
Police got a report that two pedestrians were hit by a car at the intersection of Wyckoff Avenue and Cedar Hill Avenue at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Soto said. Three officers arrived and started helping the pedestrians, aged 42 and 77.
Paramedics took the injured women to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Paterson in an ambulance, Soto said. The younger woman had non-life-threatening injuries to her head and face and the older woman had serious, but non-life-threatening injuries to her upper body, according to Soto.

The driver of the car that hit them, an 87-year-old woman from Franklin Lakes, stayed at the scene to speak with police, Soto said. No charges have been filed at this time, he said.
