2 Wyckoff Police Officers Sworn In Tuesday

Officers are part of the department's plan to add three cops to the force.

WYCKOFF, NJ - Two officers were sworn in at the Township Committee meeting Tuesday.

Joseoph B. Fullam, 30, joins the department after two years with the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Department. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice for Fairleigh Dickinson University and is currently working on his master’s degree in homeland security.

He was a member of the United States Air Force from 2003 to 2008. As a military police officer he provided security at nuclear weapons facilities in Montana and Turkey.

Fullam is engaged and lives in Ramsey. He will be assigned to patrol after receiving six weeks of on the job training.

Kenneth J. Marcoux, 27, is a former employee of the Wyckoff Police Department. He was a part-time police dispatcher and was a bailiff in municipal court. He was a full-time dispatcher with the Allendale Police Department.

He is a graduate of Pace University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and was captain of the football team.

Marcoux will be trained for five months at the Bergen County Police Academy. After graduating, he will be assigned to the patrol division. He is engaged and lives in Hawthorne.
