Artists Channel Their Younger Selves At Wyckoff Y Exhibit

SALUTE to Women in the Arts members have created artwork that resembles that made by children or that reminds them of childhood.

WYCKOFF, N.J. — A special art exhibit at the Wyckoff YMCA will allow some women to express their younger, creatives selves.

SALUTE to Women in the Arts, a Bergen County organization, presents "Childhood," an exhibit highlighting the experience of childhood during Women's History Month.

SALUTE artists have created artwork that expressive of childhood. Images of children, toys, memories of childhood and abstract artwork will be featured.

The exhibit will be at the YMCA from March 7 to 31. An opening reception will be March 9 from 6 to 8 p.m.
