Bear Seen Near William Way In Wyckoff

WYCKOFF, NJ — The township office of emergency management has reported that a black bear was spotted Friday near William Way and Route 208.

The bear has not acted dangerously and has not created a nuisance, officials said.

Tyco Animal Control, the animal control company the township contracts with, is monitoring the area.
Anyone who sees the bear acting aggressively should call the police department at 201-891-2121.
