Bergen County Chinese Restaurant Makes Bon Appétit List
The prestigious food publication included Petite Soo Chow on its list of America's Favorite Neighborhood Restaurants.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Petite Soo Chow in Cliffside Park was recently highlighted by respected culinary magazine Bon Appétit.
The restaurant was featured in Bon Appétit's list of America's Favorite Neighborhood Restaurants.
The magazine asked 80 of the "most interesting" people — professional athletes, fashion designers, and celebrities — where they like to eat. The magazine then compiled the selected restaurants into a list and divided it up by geographical locations.

"These are the spots we return to again and again, the places that make no claim to be the "newest" or the "trendiest" and that's precisely why we love them," the magazine says.
Deuki Hong, the executive chef, owner of the Sunday Bird restaurant San Francisco, and New Jersey native, said Petite Soo Chow is his "go-to place for the best food.

"Get the salt-and-pepper pork chop and soup dumplings," Hong said. "They have legit removed my food before I was done because the staff wanted to go home."
