Bergen Father Had Meth, Marijuana And Xanax At Home: Prosecutor

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Fairview man was charged with drug possession and child endangerment after an investigation by two police departments and the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.

Marc Rodriguez, 38, was arrested Friday after authorities found methamphetamine, marijuana, Xanax pills and various drug paraphernalia after executing a search warrant at his 3rd Street home, Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said in a news release.

The prosecutor's office and the Fairview and Cliffside Park Police departments conducted an investigation after authorities received information that Rodriguez was distributing controlled dangerous substances in Fairview, Grewal said.

Rodriguez was arrested on various drug possession charges and taken to the Bergen County Jail pending his appearance in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court.
