Bergen Man Had Cyber Sex With Child: Prosecutor
Breaking: Aris Gungormez, 21, also had nude photos and videos of the kid, authorities said.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Lodi man is accused of having cyber sex with a child and downloading nude photos and videos of them from the internet.
Aris Gungormez, 21, was arrested Thursday on local and state charges after an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, the Broward County Sheriff's Office in Florida, and the U.S. Attorney's Office, said acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo.
While conducting the investigation authorities learned that Gungormez engaged in "sexually explicit online conduct" with at least one child and collected nude photos and videos of that child, Calo said.

Investigators from the prosecutor's office Cyber Crimes Unit and the Broward County Sheriff's Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at Gungormez's home, Calo said.
The investigation revealed that Gungormez used the internet to view and try to distribute files showing nude and sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children, Calo said.

He appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer in connection with the federal charges and was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending a pre-trial detention hearing.
