WWE suspended Arndt after his alleged victim posted on Twitter Monday that she had been raped and that the police were investigating.
"WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault," WWE said in a statement. "Until this matter is resolved, Eric Arndt (a.k.a. Enzo Amore) has been suspended."
Amore had been scheduled to appear at WWE's Monday Night RAW 25th anniversary show in New York.
