If you are still in summer mode and cannot make the first week or two, we provide your weekly plan via email and you can join the group runs when you're back or choose to participate remotely.

Our programs feature an eight-week training schedule, guidance from certified coaches, friendly support from volunteers, a cool performance T-shirt, a race entry fee, and a full year of membership to the North Jersey Masters Running Club, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3).
