Christian Health Care Center Receives Generous Grant from Charity Realty International

Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff recently received a $3,150 grant from Charity Realty International LLC.

Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff recently received a $3,150 grant from Charity Realty International LLC, a for-profit, licensed New Jersey commercial real-estate brokerage and consulting firm. The company was founded on the vision of using revenue from real estate to help fund and bring awareness to its clients’ favorite 501(c)(3) charities. David Isom, President, and Rosanne Isom, Vice President, Analytical Sales & Services Inc, bought a building through Charity Realty International and requested that CHCC be the recipient of the grant. Mrs. Isom contacted James Costanzo, President and Broker of Record, Charity Realty International, LLC, to let him know that she has a personal connection with CHCC.

“My dad and a very close friend were at Christian Health Care Center’s short-term rehab following back surgeries,” Ms. Isom told Mr. Costanzo. “They took excellent care of both of them. As a college student, I volunteered at Christian Health Care Center and visited there with our children during the holidays. I grew up in North Haledon and am so proud of what has been accomplished there.”

“We very much appreciate the generous gift from Charity Realty International,”said Scott Sheldon, Director of Development, Christian Health Care Center Foundation. “The Isoms identifying Christian Health Care Center as the beneficiary is such a meaningful way to further our mission and support our Annual Fund.”
