Congressman Josh Gottheimer Honors Wyckoff 'Hometown Heroes'
In a Saturday Facebook Live event, Rep. Josh Gottheimer honored Fifth District coronavirus "Hometown Heroes."
WYCKOFF, NJ — Congressman Josh Gottheimer took to Facebook Live to award front-line workers, teachers, community leaders and others as "Fifth District Coronavirus Hometown Heroes."
Gottheimer recognized more than 100 community members of a variety of Fifth District municipalities in the nearly hour-and-a-half long ceremony, including Melissa Milano, Tina O'Shea, Karen Patton and Samara Latronica, all of Wyckoff.
"Today is a great day because we are here to acknowledge and honor our standout neighbors, friends, coworkers, leaders, and frontline workers, who have volunteered, served, or worked to help others in North Jersey throughout this pandemic and who kept families safe and healthy," said Gottheimer.

O'Shea, Patton and Latronica were honored together for their formation of the volunterr ground Wyckoff Helping Healthcare Heroes.
The group, formed on Facebook, has raised over $80,000 and have delivered over 14,000 meals to frontline healthcare workers with the help of over 200 volunteers.
