Cushman & Wakefield Named Leasing Agent for New Medical Office Space
Mixed-Use Property in Franklin Lakes, N.J., Set for Delivery in Mid-2017

Cushman & Wakefield has been named leasing agent for the 14,400-square-foot medical office component of a mixed-use property currently under development in Franklin Lakes. The two-story, Class A retail/office building at 794 Franklin Avenue is on target for delivery in the second quarter of 2017.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeffrey Prezant, based in the commercial real estate services firm’s East Rutherford, N.J., office is heading the assignment on behalf of the developer and landlord, Gabrellian Associates.
Located at the intersection of Colonial Road, in the heart of Franklin Lakes’ commercial district, 794 Franklin Avenue is well positioned for healthcare-related tenants serving local and regional clients.

“Bergen County is home to some of the region’s major hospital systems, and Northern New Jersey as a whole has emerged as a hub for quality medicine,” Prezant noted. “As hospitals continue to establish satellite offices and private healthcare practitioners seek opportunities to improve their accessibility for patients, well-located medical office product in densely populated communities remains in high demand. Such is the case with 794 Franklin Avenue.”
Prezant noted that 794 Franklin Avenue occupies a prime downtown site in an affluent community. At the same time, its location less than two miles off the Colonial Road exit of Route 208, just minutes from I-287, will enable tenants to draw patients from throughout Bergen and Passaic counties – and beyond.
