Drunk 19-Year-Old Charged With DWI, Drug Possession In Franklin Lakes

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ — A man was charged with driving while intoxicated and drug possession after a motor vehicle stop on High Mountain Road early Saturday morning.
Sean Reilly, 19, of Oakland, was stopped at 1:40 a.m. on High Mountain Road and charged with underage consumption of alcohol, reckless driving, open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, improper use of high beams, and failure to possession a driver's license and registration, said Capt. John Bakelaar.
Officers Michael Pellegrino and Gerard Gansel investigated, the captain said.
