Entrepreneur Appointed To Fill Wyckoff Board Of Education Seat: Report

Frederic Farcy will serve an unexpired term on the Wyckoff Board of Education.

Farcy, a father of two daughters, has lived in the town for nine years. He will fill the seat John Carolan vacated earlier this year to serve on the Township Committee, NorthJersey.com reported.

Farcy told the website he plans to seek a full term in the general election.

Farcy founded Carbonmedia, a web development and marketing company, in the 1990s, which has since shut down, and Trinity Network Technology, a technology and web consulting service, the website reported.

Farcy, a native of France, has lived in the United States for 32 years. He coached the Torpedoes Soccer Club from 2006 to 2013, the report states
