Coping with changing values in a world filled with tensions as Jews living in 21st century America will be discussed in a series of three 8:00 PM classes in February lead by Rabbi Joshua Cohen at Temple Emanuel of North Jersey.  The first session, Thurs., Feb. 16, will tackle the issue of assimilation and marriage; on Thurs., Feb. 23, Rabbi Cohen will lead a discussion entitled, “Prayer: How to Find Meaning in Words That Someone Else Wrote.”  The final session, on Wed., Feb. 29, is entitled, “Where Was God When I Needed God Most? Do I Really Believe in God?”  Each session will be an open dialogue.  The program is free and open to the public.  To register, call the synagogue office at (201) 560-0200.
