In an effort to further improve communications, Franklin Lakes Mayor Frank Bivona is setting up open meetings at the Borough Hall in the conference room. These meetings will be informal and have no set agenda. So, if you have something on your mind that you want to discuss or you just want to get an update on Borough happenings, please come by. The first meeting will be on Thursday January, 19 at 7 p.m. in Borough Hall on 480 DeKorte Drive.
