Coping with Work and Family Stress

will focus on increasing the use of healthy coping skills. This program provides many positive approaches to handling the life stressors that may lead to sadness, depression, alcohol and other drug use. Participants will develop skills that allow one to have a healthy balance in their life and learn new ways to make life less stressful.

Women and men ages 18-40 that are active or have served in the military to include National Guard.

Family members and friends 18+ of those who are currently active or have served in the military
