Mind and Body Wellness Workshop

This workshop will focus on how breath can be used as a tool to effectively deal with everyday stress. The Art of Living, a non-profit educational and humanitarian organization, will conduct this workshop. Their program offers people practical techniques which can be used in everyday life to eliminate stress and promote better health.
